What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We use JNE ( for shipping to all address in Indonesia . Rate is based on your shipping address,regular shipping takes 3-5 bussiness days depending on your delivery area. Please note that we may use other cargo service for bulk item shipment and of course, different rate.

Do You Ship Internationally?

For international shipping we use EMS Pos Indonesia ( , it takes 1-2 weeks depending on your countries. For express service , we use TNT ( , it usually takes 1-3 business days.

If you have TNT or other courier shipping account, just let us know. We can ship on your account , shipping cost will be directly charge by shipping company to your account.

Shipping cost for international orders will be shown in billing invoice prior to your confirmation.

For orders above 5 yards of fabric , all custom duty will be customer responsibility. There is no custom duty for delivery within South East Asia.

Orders & Returns

How do I place an Order?

All sales are finals. We make our best effort to displays colours and design as accurately as possible. But the colour, design, and fabric texture on computer monitor may vary and different from actual fabric. We suggest you to purchase our samples swatch prior if you need it in specific exact colours. Please contact us via LINE : @tokoencit or email stating your order of the samples.

Please examine material carefully for colour , quality , and yard/meter quantity. No claims, return, and refund will be allowed after material has been cut.

If it is displayed that fabric stock is less than what you intended , please do contact us . We have more stock on our branch warehouse.

We do not responsible for dye and print lots if you purchase same fabric on different timing.

Minimum purchase of fabric is 1 meter with increment of 1 meter. Over 20 meter of fabric will be packed on cartoon fold. Over 50 meter of fabric will be on roll.

How Do I Track My Order?

How Can I Return a Product?

We only accept return of fabric because of quality problems. Alternatively , we can offer your additional discount for some defect fabric. All claims must be made within 30 days of purchase. Returned fabric must be in original condition , unmarked, uncut by the purchaser.

If you are not satisfied with our fabric for some reasons , please do inform us. It is important for us to make our customer happy and return to our store in the future. Sometimes we do issue store credit for our customers. please note that it is case by case and not applicable on every claims.

All sale item , promo package , and samples swatch are not returnable.
